Click any icon on the map to see details of that program.

View more details of the program by clicking “View Details”

If the program is part of a multi-service site, a will appear in the “Program Details.”

Click the to view the other programs operated at the same site.

You can view a particular service type or types by clicking on the check box at the left under “Service Type.”

View a regional summary of beds and units by clicking “View Summary.”

View different phases of the conversion of Chicago’s homeless service system by using the “Phase” buttons.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The map appears squished and/or text is unreadable or too small.
If you are viewing the map on a monitor with a 800x600 resolution, you may need to make adjustments to your browser to view the map correctly.

• Maximize your browser window (on PCs, click the center button in the upper right corner of your browser window until the browser fills the screen. On Macs, the button is in the upper left).
• You may also need to "hide" browser toolbars to create a large enough viewing area for the map. In Internet Explorer, go to View>>Toolbars and uncheck any toolbars that are being displayed until the map displays correctly.

The map does not display. There is only a white screen.
The map requires the Flash Player 5 plugin to be installed in your web browser. You may download the plugin free here.

I click "View Summary" or "View Details" and nothing happens.
Region Summary and Program Details display in new browser windows. If you have pop-up blocker software installed, set it to allow pop-ups on this site.
